ABOUT

I am a multidisciplinary artist and poet working across painting, poetry, and installation. My practice is grounded in intuition, emotional truth, and a deep belief in the power of colour and storytelling to transform pain into healing and connection. I’m drawn to what is raw, hidden, or in flux—those moments when the body speaks, when memory surfaces, or when language falters but feeling remains.

Much of my work explores themes of resilience, grief, and the inner life, often through a vibrant visual language shaped by my heritage and a childhood spent in tropical landscapes.

Light, water, and wild colour continue to pulse through my art, echoing both the vitality and fragility of being alive. Whether abstract or figurative, my paintings are led by gesture and emotion—offering the viewer not just something to look at, but something to feel.

A current thread in my work is The Female Journey, an ongoing exploration of womanhood, menstruation, endometriosis, menopause, and the silences surrounding them. Through poetry and visual art, I seek to make space for what is often unspoken: bringing visibility, compassion, and dignity to embodied experience. I’m also deeply committed to advocating for better awareness, education, and care around women’s health, using art as a platform for open dialogue and social change.

At the heart of everything I make is a desire to connect—to offer beauty as a form of witness. My work invites viewers into a safe space for sharing, reflection, and conversation, where emotions can be held, stories honoured, and silences broken. I believe art can hold emotional truth while also uplifting a space with colour, light, and meaning.

I welcome commissions and collaborative opportunities that resonate with this ethos and allow for openness, depth, and discovery. Whether you’re drawn to a striking abstract, a tender landscape, or a piece that tells a deeper story, I hope my work brings both beauty and emotional resonance into your life and home."
